Under Indian law and INKORA Studio policy, you must be at least 18 years of age on the date of your appointment. Valid government photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver's License) must be presented upon arrival. No exceptions or parental waivers are permitted.
1. Appointment Deposits & Cancellations
To confirm a dedicated studio slot, a non-refundable 20% appointment deposit is required. This deposit pays for your artist's custom drafting hours and reserves the sterile suite.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your date up to 48 hours prior to your slot without forfeiting the deposit (valid for one reschedule within 90 days).
- Late Cancellations: Notice given under 48 hours forfeits the deposit in full to cover artist setup time.
- No-Shows: Failing to arrive without notice permanently forfeits the deposit.
2. Intellectual Property of Custom Stencils
All custom tattoo designs, preliminary vector renderings, and original stencils created by INKORA resident artists remain the exclusive intellectual property of INKORA Studio until inked.
Clients receive an exclusive, lifetime license to wear the design on their skin. INKORA pledges that a bespoke design crafted for one client will never be tattooed identically on another person.
3. Health & Medical Disclosures
Clients agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions prior to needlework, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes, hemophilia, heart conditions, blood-borne pathogens, keloid scarring tendencies, and active skin conditions.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone service if an artist determines that skin condition or blood-thinning medication poses health hazards.
4. Sobriety Policy
Clients must arrive entirely sober. We strictly refuse service to individuals under the influence of alcohol, recreational narcotics, or excessive stimulants, as these substances thin the blood and elevate infection risks.
5. Concept Brand Disclosure
INKORA Tattoo Studio is a conceptual portfolio brand designed and developed by Nivora to demonstrate bespoke high-performance creative website design and full-stack development capabilities.
