At INKORA Tattoo Studio, we hold your personal discretion with the same uncompromising standard we apply to sterile needlework. We do not sell, rent, or monetize client personal data, reference imagery, or contact records.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit a consultation enquiry through our online briefing forms or WhatsApp desk, we collect only the information you voluntarily supply:
- Full Name and WhatsApp / Phone Number
- Tattoo concept description, design references, and desired anatomical placement
- Approximate dimensions and preferred appointment dates
- Health disclosures (e.g. known skin sensitivities, blood-thinning medications) shared exclusively for inking safety
2. How Information is Used
Your information is utilized solely to:
- Assess technical feasibility and prepare preliminary sketches with your resident artist
- Coordinate session booking schedules, reminder alerts, and aftercare follow-ups
- Verify proof-of-age (18+ requirement under Indian law) at studio check-in
3. WhatsApp Communication & Encryption
Enquiries submitted via our consultation tools redirect directly to Meta's WhatsApp platform. Communications inside WhatsApp benefit from end-to-end encryption according to WhatsApp's published security standards. We do not store your chat messages in insecure public cloud databases.
4. Photography & Portfolio Release
Photography of fresh or healed tattoos is taken exclusively with client verbal or written permission. Any client desiring total anonymity may request that distinguishing features, birthmarks, and identifying anatomy be cropped out or kept entirely off social media.
5. Contact Us Regarding Your Data
To request deletion of your consultation contact records from our studio logs, please write to: appointments@inkorastudio.in.
